These Terms govern your use of the BetSignal website, mobile site and related services ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
BetSignal ("we", "us", "our") is an information service that publishes statistical football betting signals, backtests and educational analysis. BetSignal trades as a sole-trader operation based in England. BetSignal is not a bookmaker, betting operator, exchange, or licensed gambling provider. We do not accept stakes, hold customer funds, or settle bets.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your country of residence to use the Service. We may verify your age at any time and terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
BetSignal offers four tiers:

The Backtest Pass is a one-off purchase (£4.99) granting lifetime access to the historical backtest module. It is delivered as digital content with immediate effect on payment. See Section 4 (Refund Policy) for important rights and waivers.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until cancellation. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content, software, statistical models, signal logic, brand assets and copy on the Service are owned by BetSignal or licensed to us. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal use only.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited at law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that are linked to fraudulent activity, or where required by law. On termination, any unused portion of pre-paid time is forfeit save where the Refund Policy or your statutory rights provide otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.
This Privacy Policy explains how BetSignal collects and uses personal data. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We use a small number of essential cookies for login session management and tier persistence. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics, where used, are first-party and privacy-respecting.
Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and for up to 6 years thereafter for tax and accounting compliance. You can request earlier deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.

This policy explains your rights to a refund. It sits alongside, and does not reduce, your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
For monthly subscriptions (Bronze, Gold, Platinum) you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not begun to use the paid features. "Use" means accessing tier-gated signal data, AI personalities, or premium analysis after the upgrade is applied.
If you begin to use the paid features within the cooling-off period, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory cooling-off right at the moment of first use (per Regulation 37 of the 2013 Regulations). This consent is captured at checkout.
The Backtest Pass is digital content delivered immediately on purchase. By completing checkout you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you waive your statutory cancellation right. The Backtest Pass is therefore non-refundable save for fault under Section 4.4.
If the Service is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact [email protected] within a reasonable period of discovering the issue.
Outside of statutory entitlement, we may at our discretion offer pro-rata refunds for genuine billing errors, accidental duplicate charges, or extended unplanned outages. These are not contractual rights and are assessed case-by-case.
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund Request" and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Not a Bookmaker · No Operator Liability. The following ten clauses are critical. Read them before placing any bet based on BetSignal content.
BetSignal publishes statistical analysis, modelled probabilities, signals and educational commentary. We do not accept stakes, hold customer funds, settle bets, or operate any form of gambling product. We are not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission because we are not a gambling operator.
No signal, no model, no AI personality and no backtest provided by BetSignal guarantees that any bet will win. Every result published is a probability estimate, not a certainty.
Historical backtests, validated samples and trade snapshots describe what happened in defined past periods on defined data sets. They are not a forecast of what will happen tomorrow, next week, or over your individual betting career. Variance is real and applies in both directions.
Backtest results assume idealised execution: instant fills, available odds at publication, and rational staking. Real-world results will differ due to odds movement, line shopping, market closure, bookmaker restrictions and human factors.
Odds shown on the Service are sourced from third-party data providers and may lag the live market by seconds to minutes. Always re-check odds at your bookmaker before placing a bet. We are not liable for stale, mispriced or unavailable prices.
All staking decisions are made by you. You alone choose the bookmaker, the stake size, the bet type, the timing, and whether to place the bet at all. Any stake-sizing guidance we publish (e.g. unit recommendations, Kelly fractions) is informational, not prescriptive.
A positive-expected-value signal can lose. A negative-expected-value signal can win. Over very large samples, edges express themselves; over any individual bet or short run, variance dominates. Bet only what you can afford to lose entirely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetSignal is not liable for any betting losses, missed wins, opportunity costs, bookmaker disputes, account restrictions, or stake decisions that you make in reliance on the Service. This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Conversations with our AI personalities (Alex, Victor, Sage, Edge) are generated by large language models and are provided as commentary and entertainment. They are not personalised financial advice, regulated investment advice, or a substitute for your own judgement.
